    Do you offer refunds or returns?

    Because our treats are made-to-order food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been picked up or delivered.
    If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours — we are happy to make it right.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes — changes or cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery.
    After that time, ingredients and preparation may already be underway.

    How do I place an order?

    You can order through our website, social media, or by contacting us directly.
    We recommend ordering early during peak seasons and holidays.

    Do you offer custom flavors or designs?

    At this time, we offer a curated menu of flavors and styles. Custom designs may be available upon request, depending on schedule and complexity.

    Do your products contain allergens?

    Yes. Many of our baked goods contain eggs, milk, wheat, and soy, and may be prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts.
    If you have allergies, please notify us before ordering.

    How does delivery work?

    We offer local delivery to nearby areas for a small fee. Delivery times are scheduled in advance and confirmed once your order is placed.

    Can I pick up my order?

    Yes! Pickup is available by appointment at our home kitchen in Coldspring, Texas. Exact details will be shared upon order confirmation.

    Are you a licensed bakery?

    We operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law, allowing us to sell homemade baked goods directly to consumers from our home kitchen.

    Do you ship your products?

    No. Texas Cottage Food Law does not allow us to ship baked goods.
    However, we do offer local delivery and pre-arranged pickup.

    Do you offer catering for events?

    Yes! We can provide dessert tables, mini cake assortments, and cake bar options for events such as birthdays, weddings, showers, and corporate gatherings.

    How far in advance should I order?

    We recommend placing your order at least 3–7 days in advance, depending on size and complexity.
    Holiday weeks may require extra notice.
